Over Committing

In a brief coaching call yesterday I spoke with woman that has fallen off her fitness path. She has noticed that she is a habitual over committer, which is great to notice. This of course is her "reason" that she "can't" continue with her fitness commitments. This interaction had me reconnect with Covey's Four Quadrants, Is it Urgent, Is it Important?
